By reinforcing the bond between mind and muscles, Pilates aims to engage the right muscles in the core. This leads to better posture and control over the body’s movements.

MASSAGE

Frequent therapeutic massage of the muscles below the surface helps the body maintain its relaxed state and the muscles to remain loose. Hence, this will improve physical performance during exercise and relieve stress. A few massage sessions a week is ideal.
