A yoga enthusiast for most of her life, Sara AlDulaijan developed a passion for Yoga which pushed her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in 2018. The practice of Yoga has taught Sara that the truth lies in putting happiness, health, and freedom as a priority. She also attained substantial knowledge of the human body; concentrating on alignment and health-giving poses. Expect to work hard, break a sweat, and relax gently in her classes.
